VADEA Curriculum Reform Event

Join us on the 8th of December to gain valuable insights into the draft NSW Year 11-12 Visual Arts and Visual Arts Life Skills syllabuses.

Discover effective approaches to reading the draft documents and explore the key changes. You’ll also hear from a range of cross-sector guests who will unpack the opportunities and important areas for feedback.

We encourage all members to engage in the consultation process; your feedback is vital in shaping the future of Visual Arts education and ensuring that our curriculum reflects the rigour and diversity of our field.

We look forward to working alongside you to ensure we have a curriculum that meets the needs of students, supports teachers, and reflects the rich and evolving landscape of Visual Arts education in NSW.

At the end of this workshop, VADEA will share a link to a survey inviting members to provide feedback on the 11-12 Visual Arts and 11-12 Visual Arts Life Skills Syllabuses. The feedback collected will inform VADEA's recommendations to NESA.
